(AMEX: IIG), a leading provider of eCommerce software for small businesses and entrepreneurs, announced issuance of its quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share on the company’s common stock. The record date will be the twentieth day of the last month of each quarter and the payment date will be on the twenty-ninth day of the last month of each quarter. The next dividend will be paid on December 29, 2007 to stockholders of record on December 20, 2007.
