iMergent Granted Extended Listing by AMEX to Fulfill Plan of Compliance 12 December , 2005, 4:05 pm ET OREM, Utah, Dec 12, 2005--iMergent, Inc. (AMEX: IIG) , a leading provider of eCommerce software and services for small businesses and entrepreneurs, announced the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) has accepted the company's plan of compliance and granted the company an extension to regain compliance with the exchange's listing standards. The company is not in compliance with the AMEX requirements set forth in Sections 134 and 1101 of the AMEX company guide as it has not yet submitted its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005 and Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2005, as announced on September 13, 2005 and November 15, 2005, respectively. The filings have been delayed due to the pending completion of the restatement and related appropriate audits and reviews of the 2002, 2003, 2004 and the first three quarters of fiscal 2005 financial statements.
